The Esotouric Documentary Is Now Online
The Esotouric documentary is now online
True Love / True Crime on An American Bus.
Directed by Nick Coles and filmed entirely in Downtown Los Angeles and Lincoln Heights, True Love/True Crime on An American Bus is a film festival favorite that debuted online today. We think the 11-minute documentary is the closest thing to joining us for an Esotouric true crime & architecture tour, while also giving viewers an insight into our offbeat love affair and shared passion for preserving cultural landmarks in peril.
Featured in The Atlantic Selects Series.
Director Nick Coles says: “People buy tickets to get a slice of L.A. history, but the real show is Kim and Richard. Their love for Los Angeles and the macabre is infectious and has attracted a cult following. They can literally tell a grisly tale or fascinating story about every street corner.” Historic locations include:
The Dutch Chocolate Shop.
Angels Flight Railway.
Grand Central Market.
Hotel Barclay.
Central Library.
