I went to the last City Council meeting that was going to address the Historic Cultural Monument designation of Marilyn Monroe’s home.

I spoke in support of the designation. 1 min goes by very quickly! I don’t know if a notice went out that the item #3 had been postponed ?

But there was only 1 other person at the meeting who addressed the council regarding HCM designation.

If anyone out there is reading this, Please if you’re available to be at the next Council Meeting to show support it would be very much appreciated.

This is our last chance.

At least my ex-employer hasn't bought this up and manhandled it. Ah! #where'sthespaghetti

I support the Imp! In the early 70s, Marsha lived off Bronson there, so we occasionally walked down to that Arby's. And, often for late-night snacks, to Famous Amos.' I note that somehow the façade for the Old Spaghetti Factory was kept/incorporated into the replacement building. I do hope the Arby's hat sign can be preserved.

Since 1969 it's been around? That's a lot of roast beef sandwiches!

Arby's is here in Winnipeg, but they haven't got anything like that sign. It's the kind of thing you don't want to lose...
