Very sorry to hear that. Bungalows in Los Angeles were so charming and encouraged social interaction with one’s neighbors. My brother lived in one near Lankershim and Ventura Blvd long ago. I lived in a wonderful Black Forest type bungalow complex on Whipple near Lankershim. That one was torn down in 1980 and replaced with a typical ugly apartment. Elected officials need to take architecture and art history classes so they become more culturally sensitive.
